A passion for training myself, being able to pass on what I've learnt along the way, helping others achieve the best version of themselves, & the PT lifestyle.

Would have to be winning the Qld lightweight title in Thai boxing

In a bigger location with a full team delivering our Refined services & making great changes in our community.
Your biggest gym fail story haha?
My biggest one that comes to mind is the hand stand walk & stacking it on the sled 🤣🤣🤣
What gets you up and through your long hour days?
Passion for my job, I love what I do. For my family, I remember why I'm doing it. Having goals, I know what I need to do to succeed & achieve my goals.

What gives you the most happiness from being a trainer?
Being an active part of a positive change in someone’s life, my favourite transformation to watch or be a part of is always a psychological one .
If you weren't a trainer what would you be doing?
Working for a crime investigation unit possibly a CSI agent or a detective I’m a big old true crime fan!! .
What's your greatest achievement?
Marrying my best mate and having 2 bubs .
What's your favourite sports & why?
Love a good backyard match of anything really but I’m also a big fan of the CrossFit games, the athletes are just next level and super inspiring! .
Most memorable moment at Refined?
It’s probably between winning the Rumble and beating Ninja Pete in a stair race, hard to choose!

What made you become a trainer?
I became a trainer because of my own drive for being fit and healthy and figured what better job would there be to do where I could constantly learn and be putting that learning to action straight away .
What inspires you?
Ninja Pete 😍 ahah I am inspired through my drive and goal to play high honours in rugby and being better then those around me trying to do the same.
How often do you train & what style of training?
I train at least 5 days a week. My training consists of hypertrophy, aerobic training, and lastly strength and conditioning.
What’s your biggest achievement & why?
Playing rugby at a state/ national level. This has been my biggest achievement thus far as it's one step closer to where I want to end up .
If it were your last ever meal, what would you have?
Hmmm probably Katsu curry or lots of wagyu nigiri!!

What drives you to be a trainer?
Being able to help others is at the core of who I am. I love that I can combine that with my passion for anything ‘active’. I love being a part of and watching my clients push through any mental barriers before breaking through physical ones, always celebrate those little wins 🤙🏼

Train hard. Lift heavy. Do your box jumps. Don’t break your thumb.

Walking. Fiercely fast. Weights training. Functional Cardio. Especially Burpee Box Jumps 😉
