A passion for training myself, being able to pass on what I've learnt along the way, helping others achieve the best version of themselves, & the PT lifestyle.
Your greatest athletic achievement?
Would have to be winning the Qld lightweight title in Thai boxing

In a bigger location with a full team delivering our Refined services & making great changes in our community.

My biggest one that comes to mind is the hand stand walk & stacking it on the sled 🤣🤣🤣
What gets you up and through your long hour days?
Passion for my job, I love what I do. For my family, I remember why I'm doing it. Having goals, I know what I need to do to succeed & achieve my goals.

What drives you to be a trainer?
Being able to help others is at the core of who I am. I love that I can combine that with my passion for anything ‘active’. I love being a part of and watching my clients push through any mental barriers before breaking through physical ones, always celebrate those little wins 🤙🏼
